A day at the National Trust....MountStewart

Another lovely Sunday in Northern Ireland and Zoe said about going to a doggie day at the wonderful surroundings of The Mountstewart area.

Mountstewart is on the coastal route heading towards Portaferry and is a very scenic drive. By the time we got there it was already quite busy and the parking was well manned with staff showing us where to park.
There was plenty of dog agility shows as well as best of show, rally demos, cutest pup, dogs that judges wanted to take home etc...

There was every kind of breed out to see but there wasn't too many mixed breeds like our little family...

Two of the brood that was out with Zoe and me, Barney is on the brown left going of the right of the picture. Oscar didn't make it out today as he is a tad delicate when it comes to being around over dogs. These three had a great day out, having had their little legs walked of them.

Bella in one of the formal gardens with Zoe. Bella tends to sit picture perfect right until I get the camera ready and then turns away as she is camera shy. So it was nice to get this picture.

Part of the walled garden.

The vineyard with beehives outside the front of it.

Zoe, peanut and me......

Bella & Gracie our two rescue pups, they came to us four years ago as 12 week old pups. We got them from Seventh Heaven Animal Rescue, when they got the girls and their two brothers, they almost lost Bella on the way to the vets but luckily for us she pulled through and is now bigger than her sister.
Gracie loving life. 😊

Picture from the formal gardens. How awesome it must be to have a garden this size to have several different gardens.

Picture looking the other way.

The two sisters and Barney make up the rebel!

Bella thought she was one of the humans and wanted up on the bench to enjoy the sunny weather.

Gracie with a lead over her face and Bella enjoying the view before inviting herself onto the bench between Zoe and me.

The view from the bench. There's worse places to spend a Sunday afternoon.

My beautiful wife, with peanut and Bella not knowing I had the camera out! 😊
